Everything we cover is inside about a twenty-minute drive, which is what lets us give you a real arrival window instead of a whole day.

• Non-urgent work is usually booked within two to four business days, in a two-hour window rather than an eight-hour one.
• Emergencies — burning smell, sparking, a dead panel, water in an enclosure — are 24/7, and we aim to be at a Lake Mary address within about ninety minutes.
• We call ahead before we set off, so you are not waiting by the door.
• Permitted jobs take a little longer to start because the permit has to be issued first. We will tell you the realistic date when we quote, not an optimistic one.
